Calling upon the Credit Mediator
Are you a company, a company head, a shopkeeper, a craftsman, a professional person, or an individual entrepreneur? Are you encountering financing difficulties, or problems with entering into or extending a credit insurance contract, which you are not managing to solve?
The Credit Mediator can help you to find a solution, by intervening with your bank(s) or your credit insurer.
For this, you must constitute a “Credit Mediation File” and a “Credit Insurance Mediation File”. Please find the appropriate form below.
You can return the completed form to mediateurducredit@cefip-kefik.be or fax it to the Credit Mediator on the following number: 02/209 08 34.
The Credit Mediator will then contact you for the following stages in your file.
